My favourite computer website is FlappyBird because it is a cool game to play if you are bored, when you play it on the computer you just have to keep pressing down the space bar to get through the poles and it you hit a pole you die then you just play it again! you can either play normal or hard on the computer.

When to use too and to


a) Too is a word which is often confused with to. Research to find out when we should use too. (Too has two meanings, what are they?) Explain in your own words in your post. 

You use too when you are indicating something extra.
For example: You were told too turn off the lights.

You use to when referencing a direction or recipient of an action.
For example: We need to go shopping.

Blog Post Apostrophes

- What are the 2 times to use an apostrophe? When you shorten a word and when it is a pension of someones.

- When should you use an apostrophe of possession? When the sentence say "Thats"

- Where does it go in a sentence? I can't go home today because I don't want to.

- When should you NOT use an apostrophe of possession? If it doesn't belong to someone.

- When should you use an apostrophe of contraction? If you want to shorten a word for example: you are a great friend - You're a great friend.

- Why do we use apostrophe of contractions? So we can shorten words.

- Where does the apostrophe of contraction go in a contracted word? 3 examples: you are - you're, I am - I'm, I have - I've.







How to barf in space




             Pros  

It has a liner so you can wipe your mouth.
It has a zip lock to keep it closed so the barf doesn't float in the air.
You can vomit in space without keeping it in.

The barf bag has to stay with you for months.
When you first get to space you feel sick and dizzy .
Your body get confused when you get to space.

NCF tags

a) Research and find 5 facts about NFC tags (what they are, how they work, where they are being used etc). Write up the 5 facts in your post.

they can set an alarm for you and open your car just with your phone and your can just swipe your phone and it pays!


b) What is good about NFC tags? they can make things quicker and easier to do.


c) What is one potential weakness of NFC tags?
It might not work or it could be a scam. They could steal your pin. if you lose your phone they could steal your money and car.

12 years a slave

This story is set in the 1800 and is about back in the day when black people were treated very badly and got wiped, punched and chained if they did not obey what the wardens say.

12 years a slave is about a man called Salomon, he lives in new york with his family.
He was born a free man, till the day he got deceived, kidnapped, sold into slavery and shipped away.

He worked on plantations in the state of Louisiana, every servant that  disobeyed was beaten, he got here because he thought they offered him a better violin job in Louisiana where we could play the violin and live there with his family and live in peace but the people tricked him and used him as a slave.

He want to be free and get in dignity back a kind man that worked there was trying to help him, with minimum food and water the man said to Salomon “ if you want to survive do and say as little a possible” in the end of the movie he gets his wife back and he lives happily every after. this movie is based on a true story i suggest you watch the movie here is the trailer!

Mum: "yay you survived camp how was it?"
Me: "It was really fun we did so many awesome things."
Mum: "Like what?"
Me: "I did rock climbing, flying fox, paintball, abseiling, go cart, swimming in the lake an tons more! It was so cool and I wish camp lasted longer."
Mum: "Well it sounds like you had fun!"

Me: "Miss Campbell when does tech start?"
Miss C:" It starts today in the middle block."
Me: "What am I doing for tech an what group am I in?"
Miss C: "Here i'll just check... your doing foo tech yum!"
Me: "Thanks Miss Campbell!"

Renee: "We had like nothing to eat at camp I felt so hungry when I got home!"
Joy: "But we had tons of food!"
Renee: "No I means snakes like after each activity like a piece of fruit in between because we have to wait from 12-3:30 for afternoon tea then wait another 3-4 hours till dinner!"
Joy: "Ahh now I get what you said, yeah we totally should of had more snakes!"
Renee: "luckily we get to eat as much as we want tomorrow when we come home!"
